FAQ

Ready To Ship  - Are tumblers that are already created and ready for their forever home. The tumbler in the photo is the exact one you receive. If applicable it is ready for personalization. If personalization is not an option the tumbler is ready to be examined one last time and cleaned to be packaged for shipment. 

Made To Order - Are tumblers  that have been previously made and can be remade. These tumblers  include any tumblers from previous Ready To Ship. 

Custom Tumblers - Are tumblers that the customer has the ability to customize & design. No Ready To Ship tumblers are available to be recreated at this time.

Ashtrays/Keychains - Are handmade resin letter keychains and resin ashtrays. All ashtrays/keychains are already created unless specifically created as an made to order custom.

Tray sets - All tray sets are already created unless specifically created as an made to order custom.

 Processing Time -

Current processing time for:

Ready to Ship tumblers/keychains/accessories  is 7-10 business days. 

Made to Order  is approximately 21-28 business days/3-4 weeks.

Custom tumblers is approximately 35-42 business days/5-6 weeks.

This does NOT include weekends and holidays. Please note this is not the shipping time. This is the time allotted to prepare the product to be shipped out. Please be aware that once your package leaves my hands I have no control over any delays or other inquiries with USPS.

 

Shipping - You’ll receive tracking info through an AUTOMATED EMAIL once a label has been printed. If you have any questions always feel free to email us at info@melanatedmugzandmore.com and include your order number in the subject line. 

 

 

Return Policy - Due to the nature of my work, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Everything is Made to Order, but please contact us at info@melanatedmugzandmore.com if you have any problems with your order.

• Damaged Item - If damage occurred due to delivery service we will need to move forward filing a claim with photos of damaged box and item.

Customs and Import Tax - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Each and every tumbler, keychain, ashtray and accessory is handmade, so no creation is EXACTLY the same! You will have a one-of-a-kind custom creation! Due to the handmade nature of these items, minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable ( glitter footprints ). I make careful effort to ensure that your creation is perfect before presenting it to you. The item you see pictured is to give a closer look at what this item will look like once it is finished. Since all items are handmade with love, and due to the custom nature of the items, I will do my best to re-create the listed pictures if its not a ready to ship. There is no guarantee that they will look the exact same as pictured. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
